Rollshot · changelog
A one-time purchase is worth little if the app stops getting updates. This page keeps going — including what slipped and what did not make it.

New
Blur out: brush over anything you want hidden, as pixels or blur. In a group chat, hide every avatar at once. The pixels are really gone, not covered by a box.
New
Tiled watermark: grid or staggered, with the text, density, angle, opacity and colour you choose. It goes on the exported copy only; the original in your library is untouched.
New
Subtitle stitching: pick a few movie screenshots and keep just the subtitle line from each, stacked into one image. Or pick a video clip and every line becomes a strip. Order follows the order you picked, and a line that stays on screen is kept once.
New
Any photo from your library can go straight in for blur-out and watermarking, without stitching first. Several items in the library can be selected and deleted together.
Fixed
The recording guide now walks through the three steps in the system sheet: tap Start Broadcast, wait for the check mark to become a three second countdown, then tap outside the sheet before switching pages. The first run no longer stalls here.
1.1.1

Released
New
A real iPad layout: a two-column sidebar with a library grid, and a canvas-plus-inspector result view instead of the phone layout stretched wide
New
Settings › About now shows the ICP filing number, which distribution in mainland China requires. Rollshot is available on the mainland China App Store
New
Scroll & record is easier to pick up: a four-step guide with on-screen examples, a demo on first use, and the finished long screenshot opens as soon as you come back — tapping the notification lands there too
New
Three tabs at the bottom — Home, Library and Settings. Home is down to three entry points, and the library gets a screen of its own that filters by source
New
Seven more languages: Traditional Chinese, Japanese, Korean, French, German, Spanish and Portuguese
Fixed
More accurate seams: the offset of every segment is re-checked against the whole overlap before it is joined, fixing seams that slipped by a line or two of text
Fixed
Recording is steadier: the pause-to-finish timer no longer depends on new frames arriving, a recording that never scrolls gives up on its own, and failures now send a notification
Fixed
Longer screenshots hold up: compositing, exporting and saving each keep only one bitmap in memory, and a shot that genuinely exceeds the device says so, instead of reporting an empty result
Fixed
Dark mode: preview cards, thumbnails, the seam editor and card borders are no longer hard-coded white

New
Scroll and record: frames are aligned as you scroll, recording stops on its own when you pause, and no video is left in Photos
New

New
Full-page web capture: paste a URL and get the whole page as one image, or export it as PDF
New
Result view: clean up the status bar and scroll bars, see and adjust every seam, crop, and export at three sizes with the file size shown
New
Pro, a one-time ¥20 / $4.99: no signature line, custom width, PDF export and an unlimited library (the free library holds 20)
New
English and Simplified Chinese, following the system light and dark mode
