The rhythm of a few small puzzles a day, rebuilt for people with ADHD: one to two minutes at a time, a calm interface, and scores compared only with your own usual.
- Today's focus. About two minutes, three fixed practices. Compared only with your last seven: better than usual, about usual, or your starting point. Never "worse".
- 20 practices in five areas. Focus (Number Grid, Head Count, Cross Out, Spot the Difference), Memory (One Glance, Light Sequence, Same as Before?, What's Missing), Self-control (Red Light, Green Light; Color and Word; Rock Paper Scissors; Alternating Trail), Math (Quick Math, Keep Subtracting, Make the Number, Which Is Bigger) and Spatial (Follow the Line, Count the Cubes, Turned or Flipped, Sudoku).
- Levels that adapt. Six levels each; do well and it steps up, find it hard and it steps back.
- A daily set that changes. Three practices from three areas, about three minutes.
- A five-area radar chart. One practice from each area, drawn as a radar chart next to your recent average.
- Calm by design. A large built-in number pad; sound follows the silent switch and haptics can be turned off; every area has a shape icon, not just a colour.
- Stamps, no streak guilt. A stamp for each day you practice; missing a day costs nothing.
- iPhone and iPad. A layout made for the big screen on iPad.
- No account, no ads, no uploads. Your records stay on your device.

info@miramiao.com → Support →Does Brainwarm treat ADHD?
No. It's a practice tool, not a medical device, and it doesn't diagnose, assess or treat anything. What's designed for ADHD is the way it's used: one to two minutes at a time, a calm interface, comparisons only with yourself, and no penalty for missed days.
What is today's focus?
A check of about two minutes made of three fixed practices: Number Grid, One Glance and Red Light, Green Light. Your score is compared only with the average of your last seven: better than usual, about usual, or your starting point. No ages, no rankings.
How does the difficulty work?
Every practice has six levels. Do well and it steps up next time; find it hard and it steps back down. You never pick a level.
Do I need an account or a connection?
No. There's no account, no ads and no analytics, and your records stay on your device. The only connection is to the App Store when you buy.
Is it free?
The download is free. Today's focus and one practice in each area are free; all 20 practices are a one-time $4.99 purchase, not a subscription.
